Back to School Drive
Help prepare the foster children of Essex County for the upcoming academic year by donating school supplies to foster youth served by CASA of Essex County, a non-profit organization that trains community volunteers to advocate for children in the foster care system. There are nearly 500 Essex County youth in foster care; your school supply donation will help ensure the youth are ready for the school year. Items and needed quantities are listed below in categories; please review the entire list as you may choose to donate 1 or more of a particular item. The deadline for school collection is Saturday, August 16, 2025. This ensures the supplies are delivered to our CASA youth in time for the start of school. Note: all school supplies will be shipped to our storage unit in Roseland, NJ.

Holiday Gift Drive 2024
The 2024 holiday season was infinitely brighter for our youth in foster care thanks to the support from our surrounding community! Not only did we receive gift donations from all across America from our Amazon Wish List, but this year also saw the initiation of our holiday giving trees!
A huge thanks to Essex Tech High School and Hub Group Trucking Company for allowing us to set up these inaugural holiday trees! They were such a success!
Our community was exceptionally generous this year - showing a level of support that we are still in awe of!
